Pupil 2: Well, as I have just said, I consider it a noble profession. There's nothing that can be compared to helping people and saving their lives. And as it is connected with risk, I guess you never get bored at the job.

Pupil 1:1 have heard that on the contrary, the profession can be very boring, because police officers should do a lot of research before they catch a criminal.

Pupil 2: Really? I should find out more about it

A disc-jockey

Pupil 1: How do you call a person who is responsible for the music at disco, parties and other events?

Pupil 2: Do you mean disc-jockey?

Pupil 1:1 guess so. To me it seems a job with no disadvantages. They are always surrounded by music, celebration and parties.

Pupil 2: Well, there is no such thing as a job without disadvantages. It must be hard to be surrounded by music all the time. It would give a headache to me. And all the people that surround them are not their friends. And it must be depressing to work when everybody is having fun. In addition most discjockeys work at nights and in the evenings, so they don't sleep enough and don't spend much time with their real friends and families.

Pupil 1: Yes, now I see that there are disadvantages of the job.

Pupil 1: My sister wants to become a dressmaker. Do you consider it a good choice of profession?

Pupil 2: Well, is she good at sewing and drawing?

Pupil 1: Yes, she is perfect!
